I was connected to Beth through using the Truila app and it was on a Sunday evening I remember and didn’t expect to talk to anyone and she was very helpful. We had set up looking at a home out of state in Florida. We drove down and on the way down to Florida the house went under contract so she lined up other homes for us to see for the next 2 days. We found our home we wanted and Beth was great to work with and always accepting calls, texts and emails even late at night and responding no matter what time it is. We had only 30 days to close due to timing of our house going under contract and the buyer wanted the house in 30 days. So there was a lot of hard work in the 30 day period between us first going under contract and then to close on the property. Since we were 8 hours away we had Beth do things for us that we normally would do our selves and she was instrumental in helping all of us with anything throughout the process. I completely recommend Beth to anyone needing to buy or sell a home.
